IBLP Vancouver is a member organization of the Buddhist International Alliance (BIA) headed by His Eminence Khejok Rinpoche. It is a branch of the international-wide network of Dharma and meditation centers bearing the common name of IBLP.

Founded by students of Venerable Namgyal Rinpoche to promote the development of the wholesome, clear, interested mind through study, meditation practice, and compassionate work.

Shambhala is a lineage embracing the Tibetan Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism.
