'People's Court' airs Toms River haunted house case - Asbury Park Press

Josue Chinchilla and Michele Callan filed a lawsuit in April against their landlord, Dr. Richard Lopez, for renting the couple a house already occupied by what paranormal investigators suggested was a ghost or a possibly even a demon, the couple claimed.
