'Ghosts' on voters list spell trouble for KPU - Jakarta Post

The commission delayed finalizing the voter list after various political parties and NGOs claimed that they had found around 900000 to 1.4 million “ghost” or ineligible voters out of the 7044991 voters on the preliminary list.
