Fran's Chocolates in Georgetown, Witchcraft Spirits and Potions on Tap - Seattle Weekly

After 22 years of operation in Capitol Hill, Fran's Chocolates opens in Georgetown at the Rainier Brewery Brew House location. A new retail shop is now open for business featuring drinking chocolate, espresso and, of course, Fran's chocolate creations.
