Federal Judge Denies Bond For Alleged Psychic Scammer - NBC 29 News

The woman accused of scamming her clients at a palm reading business in Albemarle County will stay locked up in the Central Virginia Regional Jail. Friday, a federal judge denied bond for 45-year-old Sandra Marks, also known as Catherine Marks.
