Is it time to go where no man has gone before? The first steps seem to be on the drawing boards. NASA has a new objective (not commerce, not in-orbit flights, not going in circles). Exploration. The next vehicle to be tested by 2008 and built around 2014 will be produced for exploration with a goal of establishing a fortification on the Moon and then onto Mars. Will it happen like that say, no. But something big is coming.
