hi all, basically im hopeing someone will be able to answer my question. I already know that there is a 'ghost' (he prefers the term spirit) in my house, but he is of no worry to me and can be quite helpful at times, but recently over things have been happening, like being shaken awake, the temperature changing, seeing someone sitting in the kitchen, most activity is focused around my bedroom..things moving, noises, etc. I know its not our resident spirit..dont ask how, i just know. i was speaking to my boyfriend and he said it could be a 'manifestation of my negative emotions' (ive had an incredibly trumatic life, and have resently been going to councilling).....
basically, could my b/f be right, and how do i stop this?
thanks for your help, plz e-mail me with n e replys:

Your boyfriend could be right in regards to what he termed "a manifestation of your negative emotions". The result being poltergeist activity drawn from your psyche.

do you live with anyone else?

If i were u i would get company over.

And do something nice for someone at your place.
Meaning invite friends over for dinner and feed some poor friends if you can. I think it will help your "karmic debt" as they say. Also i know of a trick to get rid of these spirits. It is simple. Get a picture of a horse or horses and put them in the rooms where the spirit appears. This may sound silly, but you will feel the difference. Horses scare spirits away. Try it, and let me know.

Seems like a combination of your mind and poltergeist. They will hang around the ones with the troubled minds. I've dealt with it more than I care to remember.
