Sometimes I have very deep dreams, but I feel as if I am awake in them. I feel as if I am falling down through layers until I get to a staircase with a door open behind me. The stairs go down into darkness. I start to go down, immediately see a glowing object and then am whisked to a grassy hillside beside a forest and some water. I am a little girl in the dream and another little girl comes out of the forest. She sits beside me on the grass and whispers in my ear. I can never remember what she says but each time I dream this, after she whispers to me, I am in someone else's body, or at least looking out their eyes. They are always in some sort of danger. I try to help them but the body, the person, I am in never does what I want. I am like a silent witness. I know this just sounds like someone's crazy dream, but the thing is, I think these are about what happened to missing people. Like, I'll have a dream and then I'll see something on TV about something from the dream in regard to an accident or abduction. Has anyone heard of a similar experience? I'm not sure if I should dismiss it as imagination and circumstance or if what I see in the dream can offer clues. Any suggestions?

Hmm... well, at first it just seemed like you were describing 'lucid dreams'.. which are very lifelike dreams where it all seems to be actually happening to you.... but if it is recurring and you always notice a missing person... i would try to 'look through the person's eyes' and see if there really are any clues... i have heard of psychics helping the police... if you honestly think you have a clue , you should talk to people about it and maybe even help out the police if you think you can...
