hey,
I do believe their are negative energies out there that exist also.Although I know alot of people don't believe in the existance of evil in the spirit realm.
thank you for ur help,
Don't be worried if you hear "voices" when you're on the verge of waking up or going to sleep. It's perfectly normal/healthy (although fairly rare).
Well if i were you id look into the history of your house to see if there was any deaths or and paranormal things that happened in the past.for all you know it could be a stray spirit trying to reach out, give/send a message out to someone for help... its happened b4 why cant it happen again... my advice... look into the history of the house, if there is no source of paranormal/spirit related deaths, etc. id take the advice of the other ppl that have posted messages. email me if any paranormal activity did occur in the house.....
ive posted here before, but anonomously, and i have tryed to give my best advice, but, frankly, i need some advice and info. myself, now!
i have always felt very conneted to the paranormal and metaphysical, etc.. but, exept for learning about things, i really have not done anything,(like ouiji, channeling, you know) ive never tried them, partly because i was told by a deceased loved one(by a medium) that doing such things before i am ready is not in my best intrest (lightly put) certainly understandable- so, i haven't etempted those thing at all. so, this makes my question ever harder for me to answer. let me try to explain~
i'll have nights where i can't sleep at all, like wake up, sleep, wake up- you know, but sometimes i'll wake up in the morning, and i'll have bruises n big scratches on my wrists especially, but, on my neck too- and they always scar, no mater how small they are... ok, but then, sume nights, i just lay awake and am thinking before i go to sleep and then all of a sudden i'll hear these mumbles all around me, especially in my right ear, and i don't know what it is, because they sound like voices, but are really distorted and i can't make out a thing that they say, and gradually they get softer, but , i don't like it- it scares me to tell ya the truth..
well, i don't want any one to think im making any of this up, because im not, anyone with advice, imput, or just ideas, please feel free to post...
thanx .luv always
luv and light,
baby*~

First I don't won't to scare you.
Because I believe that alot of these energies feed off fear.
Which makes it harder.
And in alot of cases they are the cause of some mental illnesses as well .But I don't believe that they are the cause of all mental illnesses some are chemical imbalance related.
I would like to suggest that you start using a protection prayer or meditation.
One of the most powerful ones I know comes from the Holy Bible.
Psalm 91
Start out by rewriting it and putting in into the first person context .
Example like this:
I who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Amighty .
Start out like that and continue to you have it all applying to you in the first person.
If your belief system won't allow you to believe in God ...let me know and I know of another that you can use.
The important thing is that you need to believe in something besides your self to protect you from this type of problem.Without faith your words will have no power.
Keep up with the prayer or meditation until the problem goes away.Use it daily is best.It will help to strenghten your aura so that these lower level energies can't touch you. When your vibrations are higher they will want to leave you alone.
I hope this helps .And please keep in mind this is only my thoughts and may not be the view of others.

It's because you've started to have the beginnings of a dream while you're still partially awake (or still have the remnants of a dream if you're in the process of waking). The voices are from the dream, but you still feel conscious, and so those voices feel real.
I get that sometimes, mostly whispers. They're very lucid and give me a start/jump. One time I heard a whisper like that, and used what the whisper said as a title for a story I was working on.
Scratches and bruises could be anything; a dodgy spring somewhere in the bed, or your limbs falling over the side of the bed when you're asleep. The most likely cause is inadvertantly scratching yourself with your nails when you move your feet/hands when asleep.
Most of these things have mundane explanations, and are only made worse if you begin to get caught into a fear-trap/cycle as that's when your unconscious starts to feed you more of the same.
If you recognise these things for what they really are (normal physical things which can't cause any real harm), then you'll be just fine.
Do you only hear those whispers/mumbles when you're on the verge of sleep ? If so, I think my explanation is self-evident.
