Is there anyone here who can (I think) 'control spirits' or ghosts and sorta use there abilitys? If so, HOW DOES IT WORK??? Unless you were born with it, then the only way is through practice. Only thing now is, what do you practice?

Do you mean using powers.... if so, this is fairly easy, you just have to look with in them or yourself and draw it out.
