The people I'm working with believe some poems I wrote are the reasons for my problems today. I asked him a few times about the poems and what I should do with them( for examlpe should I destroy them). He has gotten back to me, but not about the poems. I don't want to push it, so I'm asking for advice from you . The poems are about me asking anyone, anything for signs of an afterlife. For information on how to travel to the spirit world and return with the information I found there. To travel there when I want and return when I want. What I got instead was trouble. Signs of an afterlife with a whole lot of trouble. Any way at 1st I didn't want to part with the poems. I thought it would be capitulation(me giving in). Now I am ready to part with them. I just wonder if I should get rid of them or how I should get rid of them(Would I use a ritual)etc Any ideas?

I am no professional so please take my advice lightly.

I think you should discard of the poems. I would venture to say that you are worried about death for some reason. Possibly because a loved one has passed or because you yourself may see an immenent death.

Concern yourself with understanding life. You'll have plenty of time to concern yourself with death when you die. I dont mean that to be rude or to give you a sense of hoplesness. It simply seems to me that you asked for proof of an afterlife when you already *know* in your heart that it exists.

If you stop concerning yourself with death, death will stop concerning itself with you. Look at your life. Live life as you know in your heart you should and your hapiness in life will follow. Don't waste your life worrying about death. Waste your life LIVING your life.

Good Luck in your journey. I'll leave you with an old irish proverb:

There is nothing to worry about....

You are either sick or you are well. If you are well, you have nothing to worry about. If you are sick, you have only one thing to worry about.

Whether you will live or you will die. If you live, you have nothing to worry about. If you die you have only one thing to worry about.

Whether you go to heaven or you go to hell. If you go to heaven, you have nothing to worry about. If you go to hell you'll be so busy shaking hands with old friends you won't have time to worry about anything.
