I noticed that on your website you had pictures of the La Guerre or Desert Plantation investigation. I know the plantation is a bed and breakfast, so I was wondering if Mtv had to gut out all of the houses to do their shooting. I also question if it is haunted, I haven't found anything to state that it is. I would think the website for the bed and breakfast would brag about it being haunted, trying to spur business. My last question is why wouldn't Mtv try to do a better job to disguise how obvious it is that the plantation is not abandoned and that the plantation's own website mentions nothing of it being haunted. I would appreciate any information you could share, thanks.
We didnt gut out any of the buildings. Those buildings are authentic slave cabins, and well over 100 years old.
I guess I don't understand the bed and breakfast website then, could you explain a little more, thanks.
What do you mean?

Have you checked out the website yet?
I've been to the website, I still dont know what it is your asking me.
Sorry about the confusion, I was wondering when the shooting went on? Was it before, after or while it was turning into a bed and breakfast? I noticed that there was plastic on furniture and stuff, but the pictures and other objects were all crooked and askew did Mtv do this for a creepier effect? Thanks

It is haunted. This is a family owned plantation, and the owners are descendants of people who lived and died on this plantation, they are very conscious of respecting thier dead.
Of course I think any haunted place is scary in its own right, if its haunted by scary ghosts, but lets face it. A group of people investigating a normal home isnt as entertaining as a group of people investigating a cob-web infested run-down spooky mansion.
