The recent episode of Fear at the Sugar Mill in Hawaii that aired 4/14 freaked me out. I don't usually look for anything out of the ordinary when watching Fear, I usually see what everyone else sees (slamming doors, etc.). But this last episode I saw something pretty amazing, & I taped it too so I got others to varify my sighting. At the end of the episode when they going through the mill to get their prize money I saw a man walking in the background. They were walking up the stairs & the lead person's light glared off the infrared camera but if you look at the empty space past the contestants there is a heavy set man who begins to walk toward the stair case they were climbing. He is wearing a uniform, white shirt & dark pants. I don't think the contestants would have seen him because it was too dark in that area that's why infrared was used. I had to watch it like 10 times, I was shocked. I was just wondering if anyone else seen him. I've been reading this message board for awhile & I believe when Kriss said that the contestants are alone during their stay & I totally believe these places are haunted. But this was the first time that I ever saw something for myself in an episode. I always thought that MTV edited out all the good sightings to keep it more mental then supernatural.
dude if you ever realized when they show the contestents get their money it shows all the contestants who survived fear. they have the crew come in at the end when its over. thats who holds the camera.
However he was alone in a pitch black part of the area & had no equipment on him or in his hands. He comes out from the shadows & walks swinging his arms all alone toward the staircase, no flash light. And why would a MTV camera man be in a uniform, if he had on like a T-Shirt & jeans I may have wrote him off as a crew person too. But if it were a MTV crew member he would at least have a flash light, would he? That place was so dark, they used infrared a lot, how could a crew person not use a flash light? Unless they knew that place inside & out. Watch the episode again. He's not that clear but he's there.
i just watched the episode again and i found yet another thing. when the guy has to reanact the hanging and he walks into the room and a diffrent guy runs out of the room.
Brian stop saying dude your so annoying why dont you just stop posting on this site go some where else freak and just to let you know fear is fake
whats your beef i didnt say shit to you buddy i dont even know you.
Hmm. I just re-watched the ending of the sugar mill episode and I too saw the figure. Right after the guys light shines into the infared, if you look you can see someone(thing).
Can we get a video cap ?
Ok, when I get my tapes in I will have to watch and see. I was on the road and didnt get to watch much of that episode.
It took me a while to see it, but it is right behind the lead guys' shoulder(You know, the one who was macking on the women), in the background..
To answer Angel's question about the guy in uniform....it was a security guard. How do I know this? The guy you saw is a friend of mine, who accidently got in the way while they were still shooting. He watched that episode, and laughed at his blunder. Sorry to make you think it was a ghost.

Personally, I feel it's a crewman. There IS at least one crewman on scene, for when a contestant quits, or to get help in case someone gets hurt.
He didn't move until all the crew were going up the stairs, and I've never seen an actual spirit that was that detailed visually, just orbs and mist.
Still, it was something that would've freaked them out, if they noticed..
