I'm an amateur investigator of haunting phenomena and I volunteer as a Ghost Hunt guide at one of THE most active locations (IMO) in the US. I've visited Moundsville, and Eastern, but I work at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield. There's more anecdotal evidence than I could possibly fit here, but I've got some amazing photographs...and some astonishing voice recordings. Real Scary Stories did an eeny little episode there, but they barely scratched the surface. We're working hard to promote the building in any way possible to obtain funds for preservation and would love to be considered for your show. If you're not familiar with the building, it's the film site of Shawshank Redemption, and the Godsmack "Awake" video. I'd love to hear from you on this subject!

BTW, as a serious investigator...I totally get that the premise of the show isn't really focused on the haunting activity, but on the contestants, HOWEVER< lol....is there any hope of filming an episode without the sound effects? I'm always trying to pay such hard attention to what I'm hearing and it's usually just the screamy reaction of the contestant and engineered sound effects. :)
