paitence guys i will bring more news when i get a specific date it will re air.
Trey - are you with MTV's FEAR? I have latest info regarding new season... worked on it all summer.... from what I hear, they look great so far! Still in post. Look for possible late March air date for Season 2!
Let our staff know, we will be happy to promote it through any material the production company can provide us.
The new shows will start airing on Sunday, March 24, at 8:00p.m.
i think fear is a great program i watch it when its on. wish it was on every day. keep up the good work.
Thanks! You should really enjoy the new shows, the locations are really scary. This is the best season yet.
and one more thing, this is the 3rd season.
Actually, Kriss, this is officially considered SEASON 2 according to the execs over @ MTV ...
Hmmm, well to most of us its number 3, 4 the first time, 4 the second time, and then these new ones, but I'm not going to argue with you. Whatever you say.
It's really ridiculous ~ this whole concept of programming, isn't it, Kriss ?! All we as fans know is WE LOVE OUR "FEAR" !!!!
Everybody who's a fan of FEAR can now go to the link I've provided to update on SEASON 2 locations , maps, virtual tours, hauntings defined, and the all-intriguing interactive message boards !!!
Think there is a difference in SEASONS as dictated by production and SEASONS as dictated by the fans. Of course, since the fans view them in blocks, I think the fans have the say :)
It seems like our safe houses arent very safe!
I assume in that location (Mexico) the power isn't very stable?
No, the power in Mexico isnt stable anywhere I dont think, and especially not in that mine. We have run into that problem in other locations as well.
That was the scariest episode yet i dont believe in the nahul thing but if 400+ people died their id imagine that it was mostly the ghosts. Im not saying i dont completley belive in the nahul its that i dont believe in evil creatures. Also in a earlier post you mentioned that one of these episodes coming up are at a famous location which place is that.
I cant disclose any locations until after they air, I like my job and dont want to loose it.
it is now 2003 march please tell me that fear is comin soon i miss the show i watch mtv every night waiting to hear that song
As far as I know the project as a whole is dead. Would love to be corrected.
oh come on mtv , lets get it together, we are waiting far too long for you to pull not putting it back on dont do this to us. we are counting on you to do the right thing. i love mtv but you will be pushing it if i cant get my fear back
Trey

I've included copy from MTV's official website for "FEAR" :
http://www.mtv.com/onair/fear/
<<< Ready to face your fears? Brand-new episodes will start haunting you soon, but you can re-live Season 1 with encore episodes in mid-March. Check the Weekly Schedule for additional airtimes. >>>
( The 1st two episodes that originally aired ... "West Virginia State Penitentiary" & "St. Agnes Hospital" ... were actually considered Halloween specials by MTV ... there wasn't yet a "series" in place yet. The decision to make "FEAR" into a series came later. )
~~ (didn't mean to correct one of our own, Kriss... just wanted to provide a little clarity)
Anyway, she's right about the new episodes, guys ! They're scarier than ever !!!
Watch, or tape it ( I'll be doing both ! ) Sunday, March 24th @ 8pm E/P !!!!

It may prove a moot point, though...they've removed the reruns from Season 1 from the line-up this week. The "numbers" on the re-broadcasts just didn't measure up, I guess, to "The Osbournes" ...Typically, the re-broadcasts of "FEAR" have been lackluster in the ratings.
See how important it is for all of us to tune in to our favorite show, telling all our friends, & their friends, & their friends, & their friends....

PS...the 24th episode was very well done.
Was this the first occurance of the safe house being attacked? I think in a season one ep it happened to a lesser degree if I remember.

The discrepency with seasons is really simple to explain. There are those of us that work pre-production, like me, I find locations, research them, etc, then I go on to production itself, providing further research and briefing cast members when necessary on ghost hunting techniques and such. Then there are the post production people that take the shows we shoot, and make them presentable to air.
For those of us involved from the beginning there have been 3 seasons, because there were 3 distinct sessions of shooting 3 series of shows. Now, the post production people and the execs have combined the first two sessions into one season. I have no contact with those guys, so I dont know why its that way, but it is.
Us grunts in the field still refer to 3 seasons, just out of habit I guess. :)

Yeah, I researched the Nahual, but I didnt put much stock in it either, but 400+ people suddenly dying in one place, thats pretty freaky, and definately a ghost-making incident.

Personally can't understand it either. MTV developes hit shows and then replaces them. Then again the Scifi Channel does the same thing.
