Penrith history includes the paranormal - The Daily Telegraph

In honour of Penrith's bicentenary, locals will be treated to a ghost tour at The Arms of Australia Inn and the Old Emu Plains Public School, hosted by Penrith City Council, the Nepean Historical District Society and Western Sydney Paranormal Research.
