CBI arrests sub divisional magistrate for role in foodgrains scam - Times of India

The CBI sleuths say that when he was posted as tehsildar in Lucknow anomalies estimated to be worth over Rs 2 crore were committed during his tenure. He was produced before the special CBI judge who remanded him in 14 days of judicial custody.
